Hello, I am Corliss Cooks. I am an amateur, self-taught cook with no formal background located in the DMV (originally from Little Rock, Arkansas). I cook + blog to fulfill my need of purpose. Cooking is unique cause it not only allows for purpose but survival as well. Cooking is necessary. It’s an art. Teaching someone how to make basic & beyond dishes will only help the world.
